Diverse and inclusive books for schools
Many schools are keen to make sure they create a diverse and inclusive library, with library and classroom book stock that reflects the backgrounds and experiences of all students.It's vitally important that every child has the opportunity to see themselves and their lives represented in a book, so they can relate to the characters and stories in the books they read. Our expert children's book specialists have curated diverse reading lists, so it's easy to browse diverse and inclusive books for primary and secondary schools. Our diverse lists include books by authors and featuring characters of colour, books on family life and relationships, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ and more. We also offer a range of diverse and inclusive book packs, including packs curated by our partners at charity Inclusive Books for Children. |
